Scorpio Tankers Inc. company with principal executive offices in Monaco and New York, operating 65 owned tankers (Handymax, MR and LR from 37.000 to 120.000 DWT) and currently having 16 newbuilds under construction with delivery through 2015 and 2016.
Scorpio Bulkers Inc. company with principal executive offices in Monaco and New York, presently operating 8 bulk carriers (Ultramax and Kamsarmax size 60.000 – 80.000 DWT), and currently having under construction 22 capesize (180.000 dwt), 19 Kamsarmax (80.000 dwt) and 27 ultramax (60.000 DWT) size bulkers with delivery through 2015 and 2016.
