We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator (m/f) to work in our Rijeka office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with office activities and Personnel Officers operations to secure fluent processes
- Create, update, and maintain personnel records in various software’s and other records/data
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) when necessary
- Support department managers, staff,
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, very good English knowledge
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field is an advantage
