At least four ships and not less than 24 months sea experience as current rank on including at least one with not less than 6 months 4000 TEU or above container ships.
Experience on Multi-Nationality crew members.
Good English communication skill on both Oral & Reading.
Good leadership, judgment, and decision-making skill. Positive attitude.
